toPaymentRecipient(value): string

Defined in: ptb.ts:54

A gate's payment recipient: a full address (toAddress) that is not 0x0…0. Mirrors the contract's E_ZERO_ADDRESS (9) on create_* and set_payment_recipient (audit OQ12), so no transaction that would abort (or, before that rule, burn every operator share) is built.
