Function: toAddress()

toAddress(value): string

Defined in: ptb.ts:39

A recipient address in its full form, lowercased. tx.pure.address zero-pads short hex, so a truncated paste (0x12ab) would silently become a different, unowned address; only 0x followed by 64 hex digits is accepted.
