How far in the future a head page's polledAt may be and still count as fresh. The comparison uses the client's own clock, so a client clock that runs behind the indexer's must not make a healthy indexer look broken. A client clock that runs ahead by more than the stale limit makes every head page look stale: the client then reads the full node, which is safe.
